- Studies for Building Cabling, Desaturation, FTTx Network Extensions and PB Audit
- Realization of as-built (As-Built) plans

CUSTOMER INTERVENTIONS
This is the interaction with the end customers.
Terminal Line (LT) : The public switched telephone network (PSTN) is the historic fixed telephone network, in which a subscriber station is connected to a telephone switch on the public network by a pair of wires powered by an integral central battery (the local loop).
ADSL Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line :
- A download speed generally of 1 Mbit/s to 15 Mbit/s
- Upload speed generally less than 4 Mbit/s
Technical Control & Verification of works
Verification of installations
- ensure that installations are carried out in accordance with standards and technical specifications
- Verify installation quality, compliance with wiring diagrams and best practices
Tests and measurements
- Perform tests and measurements on fiber optic networks to verify their performance. This can include tests for optical loss, reflectance, dispersion, connection stability, and more.
Troubleshooting and problem solving
- In the event of problems or failures in networks, intervene to identify and resolve problems.
Documentation and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of tests performed, actions taken, and results obtained.
- Also prepare detailed reports on installations, tests performed, problems identified and corrective actions taken.
Oversight of safety standards
- Ensure that all facilities and maintenance activities meet appropriate safety standards.
- Ensure that work procedures are followed to ensure worker safety and compliance with applicable regulations.
Collaboration with operational teams
- Work closely with installation, maintenance and operations teams.
- provide technical advice.
- Participate in coordination meetings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of network processes and performance.
Training and technical support
- Training of technical teams on good installation practices, measurement techniques and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide technical support in case of complex questions or issues.
